Camille's Baptism

We had a great event planned for Father's Day this year. Camille's Baptism. It was a beautiful day. When we got to the church, my mom and I were getting Camille changed into her Baptismal gown & when we turned around, this is what we saw...

2 jailbirds...I even asked our pastor if we could "re-baptise" the boys to see if it would help. He got a laugh out of that & said nobody had ever requested that.

3 generations of the girls

The baptism went very smooth. Camille didn't make a peep. Brad got very nervous that the boys were going to knock over the baptismal font. He had good reason to b/c the boys were literally hanging from it like monkeys. I've had about ten different people come up and tell me how entertained they were by our family (not sure if that is good or bad??)

The young lady on the left of Drew is Beth Hays. She works at my office so that was a special surprise that she "stood up for us" on this special day.

Another funny memory happened when we were taking these pictures after the service. Cooper blurted out, "Hey, what is that hamburger bun doing up here?" It was the fake bread displayed to represent Jesus' bread for communion.
