1) conversation on the way to school:

Me: Cooper, I love you to the moon & back!
Cooper: Ugh! Mo0000m could you please stop saying that. You just say it all the time.

five seconds later....

Cooper: Is it going to be warm today?
Me: It is cool now, but should get warmer after lunchtime.
C: Why does it get warmer?
Me: The sun gets closer to the earth & makes it warm.
C: Where is the earth? I don't see no earth.

2) Another conversation in the car (driving by Jill's former apartment)

C: Is Jill inside her apartment?
Me: No, remember that she moved to Alabama.
C: Oh, thats right, why did she move?
Me: To be closer to her family & Josh is in nursing school.
C: (very alarmed) WHAT??? OHHHH NOOO! Josh is going to have to turn into a girl now.
Me: blah,blah, blah...there are both girl & boy doctors & nurses...blah,blah

3)conversation at a Katelyn's bday party

Me: Look at Katelyn's swingset....did u know Santa brought that for her?
C: How? That would never fit in Santa's sleigh.
Me: Hmmmm. Go ask her daddy, Mr Tim.
